I really like the idea of having a "gear" section on my blog/site. One of the main things I like to see on Reddit and the Manual do Usuário are the battlestations (desks) shared by other users. The ideas, the organization, the cable management, the monitors, and the keyboard(s) are always intriguing.
The items
- Mechanic keyboard model F75 (Alva).
- Logitech M720 mouse (wireless with triple connection options).
- PG "gaming monitor" with a 32" Full HD display.
- Dell 24" Full HD monitor (vertical one).
- PC with the following specs:
- Intel i7 14th gen processor.
- AMD Radeon RX 6600 (Gigabyte).
- 32GB of RAM (Fury).
- 1TB SSD NVMe M.2 for torrents and other data-intensive tasks.
- Logitech webcam (Full HD resolution).
- Handmade alien figure (bought on the popular marketplace).
- Astronaut lamp.
- 5 headsets:
- HP.
- Beats.
- Baseus Bowie.
- JBL 720.
- Edifier.
- Earphones:
- Galaxy Buds 2 (not in the picture).
- JBL wired.
- Samsung S24 (used to take the picture).
- Coffee mug.
- Sorinan (for the days where my nose keep me awake).
- Hyabak (best eye drop ever made).
- Orange towel (for anything during the day).
Since I'm on full remote work, I don't have any EDC stuff. The things I use are the ones on my desk.
I'll try to keep this section up to date :)
Update
It's not a gear itself, but, a lot of people usually posts the home screen of their phones. So, why not?
The phone is a Samsung Galaxy S24 and the top apps that I use are:
- Firefox
- Fastmail
- Clock
- Camera
Any other app I tend to use a lot less than these five mains apps. For instance, TikTok, Instagram and Spotify are apps that I use daily but only at night (or, after my work-hours), this way they are all on the apps drawer.
The wallpaper I got from Amoled Backgrounds subredit (r/Amoledbackgrounds/).
